Established in 2008, It's A Pleasure Drill Team is made up of youth and adults from the Quad-City area. The group is based at Belezaire Farm in Geneseo, Illinois and practices 9 months a year. The members share a love of everything equine and a desire to improve their horsemanship skills.

It's A Pleasure Drill Team is comprised of two groups — one is youth only and the other is a mixture of adults and kids. A variety of horse breeds are involved, including Quarter Horse, Paint, Arabian, Morgan, and Appaloosa.

Both drill-team groups placed at the Northern Illinois Horse Fest Drill Team Competition in August 2009. The youth group won their division!
